Pre-registration and payment is required for all programs
Completed registration forms and payments can be mailed or dropped off at the following locations:
  • Hartland Recreation Center
  • Damon Hall
  • Hartland Elementary School
    Checks should be made payable to “Hartland Recreation Department”
